Return & Refund Policy

Because Menca Foods offers consumable food items, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only for products that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect (i.e. wrong item sent)

  • Reported within 48 or 72 hours of delivery (you must provide photos and description)

  • Return request should be donw within 72hours
  • Return will be delivered within 7 days.
  • cancellations should be done within 7 days

Open or consumed items, or where the issue arises after extended use, are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund
  • Contact us at Mencafood@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and clear photos.

  • We will review and, if approved, provide instructions to return the product.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping. The item must be shipped in its original packaging, unused (except inspection), and in resalable condition.

4. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we notify you of refund approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refund will be crdited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs for the original order aren’t refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Partial Refunds

If items are damaged or missing parts, we may issue partial refunds after inspection.

6. Order Cancellations
  • You may cancel an order before it’s shipped. Contact us immediately.

  • If cancelled in time, we’ll refund your payment (excluding any processing fees) within 7- 14 days

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process above.

7. No Exchanges (Unless Agreed)

We generally do not provide exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order and return the original (if eligible) per this policy.
