3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, products are delivered  within 3–7 business days depending on the destination. Remote or rural areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on order weight, size, and destination.

• We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold .

5. Order Tracking

Upon shipment, we’ll send you a confirmation email with courier details and tracking number. You can track via the courier’s portal.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• We strive to deliver on time but delays may happen due to courier issues, weather, or other events beyond our control.

• If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you and try to expedite.
